@aburgheim I guess you would think something like that. It's called "quoting a source". That's the difference between your opinion and my facts.

@RetSquid Hiding behind other peoples statements again are we??
…it is ...
…it is incomprehensible to me how, in this day, more than 70 years after the institution of our present federal income tax system with the passage of the Revenue Act of 1913, 38 Stat. 166, any taxpayer of competent mentality can assert as his defense to charges of statutory willfulness the proposition that the wage he receives for his labor is not income, irrespective of a cult that says otherwise and advises the gullible to resist income tax collections. -JUSTICE BLACKMUN, JUSTICE MARSHALL
The Internal ...
The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).
The Constitution ...
The Constitution contains 4400 words and was meant to be *understood* by everyone. The infamous, Tax Code, contains 10,000,000 words and was intended to *steal* from everyone. Any questions? The 16th Amendment was never legally ratified, (see “The Law That Never Was”) and the income tax has been declared unconstitutional by the SCOTUS. If you care about our country, you need to find ways to stop giving these criminals your money.

I don't believe you can make a photo copy of a federal ID. She might have broke the law by doing so.
title 26 §1,61 and ...
title 26 §1,61 and 63 of the united states code (passed by congress) imposes an income tax. §6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and §6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return. What do you know ,THERE IS A LAW REQUIRING YOU TO PAY INCOME TAXES!!! you have to pay your income taxes after all! I agree with you though we should end the fed.

@TheManWithTVEyes Actually you are still wrong, the interest on the debt is only $164 billion for 2010.
@RetSquid : The ...
@RetSquid : The govt. lies, the mafia lies. The public debt is in the tens of trillions which makes the interest payments impossible to meet so, through fraudulent accounting, the unpaid interest is added to the debt. This govt. also told us that we can spend our way out of debt and have a jobless recovery.
@TheManWithTVEyes ...
@TheManWithTVEyes Interest on the Debt :About $250 billion Income tax revenue: About $1 trillion. You do the math.
The taxes levied ( ...
The taxes levied (extorted) on behalf of the U.S. Treasury by the I.R.S. aren't deposited in the general fund. The funds are used exclusively to service the interest on the debt that's imposed upon the American citizenry by the privately held "Federal Reserve" that creates our "money" fr. nothing, 99% of it as computer entries. Congress petitions the Treasury for $60 billion dollars, the Treasury contacts the Fed, the Fed grants $60 billion dollars to the accounts of govt. agencies.

@Tealy855 If you are a U.S. Citizen or live in the U.S., the income tax IS imposed on you. Not all income is taxable income, I already showed you what defines taxable income. Read this and then get back to me: Section 1, imposes the tax, Section 61 defines Gross income, and Section 63 defines Taxable income.
