This is to fund the war and is not permanent". That was several decades ago. Taxes have not gone away. And to make matters worse, the gov't has totally mismanaged the tax income and used it to fund wars. Taxation needs to end on a federal level. There's nothing wrong with a "state" tax. Even libertarians would agree. More than half of gas prices is taxation alone. Dr. Paul is close, but I feel he may still be corrupt once he gets power. That's what seems to destroy, in my opinion. BUT, atleast he is on the side of the people. My daughter is getting stuck with our new stimulus plan's bill. We've been duped. The exercise of a natural right and the exercise of a government granted privilege are as different as night and day. The first is exempt from tax. The later is voluntary and if the citizen chooses not to exercise the privilege, he or she may do so without giving up the natural affairs of life. Another way to fight is through judicial reform with groups like FIJA.
Any legal problems like quasi-criminal ones like traffic violations...or even full blown criminal violations...don't waive any rights NONE! and drag them out as long as possible....this will stop up the works! Back up partner, do some research...the 16th amendment was not properly ratified by the required number of states...therefore it is void...
However, even if it is a solid amendment, there is NOTHING in the amendment or any other, or anywhere else in the Constitution that authorizes the enforcement of the tax...in order to be enforced, the amendment must explicitly state so. Many IRS people have come forward and confirmed that they believe it is a voluntary tax, despite people being jailed. when though...fairly new...its not constitutional because it's an indirect tax which isn't apportioned to the states...if your gonna say we how do we pay for our roads and highways, google the Gasoline tax... The income tax isn't unconstitutional becasue it was created in a constitutional amendment. There is no authority in the law for the government to tax the exercise of a natural right to work and provide for your families. If the gov. can tax 1% of your pay then they can tax 100% of your pay. Go on line to the Gov. web site for the income tax. There is only one person made liable for the tax. Section 1461 of the Code. Withholding agents for nonresident aliens and foreign corporations doing business inside the USA. Check it out! It is true that most juries are ignorant when deciding tax cases. But that is beginning to change. The IRS manual, under "examinations" @ 4.10.7.2.9.8. says that the IRS is bound by the decisions of the US Supreme Court and that the Court's decisions regarding taxation, carry the same legal weight as the tax code. Supreme Court decisions are binding on all lower courts. Only a corrupt Federal Judge would disallow those decisions in their court rooms. We now have a black president, no lets in 4 or 8 years vote a man like Ron Paul. This man has vision of freedom and the right to pursuit happiness 1:00-1:20 = GOLD. Rock on Ron! Section 6012 of the code applies to persons "made liable" by another provision of the law. It does not automatically apply. "Persons required to make returns of income" Does the IRS send 1040 tax returns to everyone in China? Read 6012 again. Does it say "Citizens" required to make returns of income? Are we the people who own our lives or are we government slaves? Revolt. Fight back any way you can. Don't spend. Boycott. Take your money out of the bank. Buy silver. Convert your wealth and put it back in your control. Plus the income tax came into effect sometime in the 1910's and The U.S Deptartmet of Treasury formed the IRS in the early to mid 1950's. So, this was an additional form of power to the government.....I wonder why?(rhetorical) The government rules your lives, they are meant to (to an extent).
But we all know they don't do there job. All of America is working with virtual wealth, they are scared that if you could see what wealth you actually had you wouldn't support them.
