July 11th, 2008, by SiteAdmin

Once again, I've put up new curtains and paint on the site. Let me know if you like the latest look and feel.

Become a JCE-TECH affiliate!

April 25th, 2008, by SiteAdmin

I've had a number of people asking about becoming an affiliate for the paid scripts on this site. Well, as of today I have setup an affiliate management system that allows you to make revenue by referring customer's to this site. Every sale is split 50-50, cookies never expire, and you will make sales on ALL future purchases for that referral! To sign up, click the affiliate link and the bottom of this page.

One easy way of generating income is to create a review of a script (paid or not) and have a link to my site with the affiliate code in the link. There are already some reviews of my free Shareasale script that people link to. By changing the link to include the referral id, those people could even profit from users that come to see the free Shareasale script, but end up purchasing another script (e.g. Affiliate Master).

eBay is managing affiliates in-house

April 8th, 2008, by SiteAdmin

As you are probably aware, eBay just recently launched there own in-house managed affiliate system (EPN). The Auction Script has been revised to support the new eBay affiliate system and can be downloaded using your original PayPal transaction # and PayPal email address. For those that purchased the script, but can not download the latest version, please contact me for the updates. The script will continue to work with your Commission Junction PID until April 30th, at which time you you must convert the the new system.

Email server relocation

December 1st, 2007, by SiteAdmin

Well, it looks like the email server move is taking longer that expected. As a result a number of you did not receive the email download link for your purchases. I apologize in advance for this issue. If you have not received your link, please email me ASAP. To prevent this in the future, I have added a download link (see links to the left) that allow you to use your PayPal transaction id to download your purchase immediately (or re-download if you need to in the future).

PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN)

July 25th, 2007, by SiteAdmin

As you might be aware, all the scripts on this site are protected using PayPal's IPN (Instant Payment Notification). IPN allows the payment recipient (that's me) to dynamically call PayPal to validate a payment. If the payment is valid, the recipient (again that's me) can then perform whatever action is required (e.g. email a link to the download page). This script will soon be available for download here. The script supports validation of the payment, payment amounts, currency type and protection against forged messages.

The script should be available sometime in late August. If you are interested in trying out the Beta version, please contact us.

Site re-design

July 3rd, 2007, by SiteAdmin

The site started to look a little dated, so I picked up a CSS template that I thought looked pleasing to the eye. Thoughts, comments, feedback?

Affiliate Master Datafeed Script

February 14th, 2007, by SiteAdmin

The Affiliate Master Datafeed script is now available for instant download. This script goes one step further with the PowerFeed Datafeed to MySQL script. It not only converts a datafeed into a MySQL database, it creates a fully functional store complete with affiliate selection, categories, full text searching, and a complete back end administration area to support datafeed updates, database functions, featured product administration, etc...

Click here for more details, or check out the latest build here. To access the admin function the user id is "admin" and the password is "admin". All database updates are disabled in the demo and the link to the admin function is at the bottom of the demo page.

PowerFeed Datafeed to MySQL

February 8th, 2007, by SiteAdmin

The PowerFeed datafeed to MySQL script is now available for instant download. This script takes the hard work out of converting a sequential datafeed and loading it into a MySQL database. Simply select the datafeed, set the data feed parameters (e.g. header record, field delimiter, etc...) and the script will translate the feed into MySQL statements that define the table definition and the insert statements necessary to populate the database.

Click here for more details, or check out the latest build here.

PHP Album

January 24th, 2007, by SiteAdmin

The old image script has been removed and is no longer available. In it's place, we've created PHP Album, a script that allows you to simply point the script to a directory with images, and have them easily displayed with a simple menu and list of images. As with all our scripts, it is template based and parameter driven. As an added bonus, it's FREE!

Check out the latest build here.

Auction Script Ready for Prime Time!

January 19th, 2007, by SiteAdmin

The Auction Script is ready for prime time. We've update the script to include the option of importing an RSS 2.0 feed to keep your site fresh and automatically updated with new and relevant content including eBay auction items that are continually refreshed!

The demo that's shown is tailored for a Dental website that we've hosted for a number of years. It's surprising how much traffic and AdSense revenue we've started to receive with the new script. Pricing for the script is $5.00.

  • Supports MYSQL
  • Integrated eBay listings by category/sub-category
  • Integrated Adsense (just enter your publisher id in the configuration file)
  • Template based design (PHP code separated from HTML presentation)

The server that this site sits on has been moved to a newer/faster/able to leap tall buildings/etc... server. Everything should still be working, but if you can't find what you're looking for, please let us know.
